How To Use
 
Shake well before use. Apply 6-8 sprays to the bottom of your feet and gently massage for the oil to absorb through the skin.  Avoid sensitive areas and mucus membranes. It is normal to experience a tingling sensation during initial use. You may notice a slight salt-like mineral residue when the solution dries. This is normal. Wipe after 30 minutes if desired. 
The skin has a unique ability to self-regulate absorption, and therefore overuse is of little concern.
