**Because the ingredients are 100% natural making some of them extremely sensitive to heat. They WILL melt if left in the heat. Melting is a natural prosess.
**Cream is still good to use after plasing in to the fridge, it is not going to be wipped anymore.
**Keep your cream in the cool place where it won't get melted, not nessesary to keep it in the fridge
