In large bowl mix following ingredients.
Ingredients:
4 cups mixed greens
1 cucumber (cut in 4 length way and sliced)
3 medium tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 cup red bell pepper (thinly sliced) 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced) 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro, dill, parsley 1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/2 red onion (sliced)
whole lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 tea spoon salt
1/4 tea spoon black pepper
1 tbts of olive or MCT oil (optional)
